Owen is a TREC Licensed Professional Real Estate Inspector, an InterNACHI Certified Master Inspector, and holds over 2,000 inspections to his name. He is also a licensed drone pilot, allowing for detailed aerial inspections, and holds a Texas Department of Agriculture Pest Control License, enabling us to offer thorough pest and termite evaluations. His additional certifications span thermal imaging, structural analysis, and indoor air quality—ensuring you get a holistic picture of your property’s condition.
